This training workshop, to be held on Oct. 15, is part of the "No More Tour," a nationwide bus tour, film festival and seminar series sponsored by Liz Claiborne, Marie Claire and Polaroid designed to raise awareness of the battle against domestic violence.

For many years, Polaroid has strived to educate first responders on the power that an instant photograph can have in a woman's fight against domestic violence. Instant pictures are critical and can provide legal testimony while protecting the victim's privacy. Polaroid instant cameras have been part of the fight against domestic violence for a number of years, and are used by healthcare, prosecutorial and law enforcement professionals across the country to help document injuries and ultimately, to prosecute the perpetrators of these crimes. Polaroid strives to educate these professionals that to take the picture is to help break the cycle of abuse.
