FAIRFAX, Va. – The Office of Continuing Professional Education at George Mason University announces a two-day seminar, “Crime Scene Reconstruction,” to be presented by noted forensic scientist Dr. Henry C. Lee, April 19-20, .
Participants will learn how Lee uses forensic science in the application of scientific principles and techniques; understand the importance of properly handling crime scene evidence; reinforce the proper techniques and applications of crime scene management; acquire effective courtroom testimony tips; and enhance their investigative skills.
Topics include the importance of crime scene reconstruction; concepts of crime scene reconstruction; reconstruction through pattern evidence; trajectory reconstruction in shooting cases; reconstruction through serological evidence; plus case studies.
